Payment is handled by Stripe. Change plan or seats from the Dealer Admin portal, and cancel at the end of any billing period.
- What counts as a seat?
- Every active user in your dealership (technicians, managers, and dealer admins) uses one seat. Deactivated users don't count.
- What happens if we add people?
- Increase the seat count from the Billing page of the portal. Each seat beyond the plan's included users is charged at the plan's additional-user price.
- Can we switch plans?
- Yes. A dealer admin can change plan from the portal at any time. Each plan has its own minimum number of users.
- What is an AI scan?
- On plans that include AI, each AI operation, such as reading a document, uses one scan from the monthly allowance. Usage is shown in the portal.
- What happens if we reach our storage limit?
- Dealer admins can see usage and the largest inspections in the portal, and can delete completed inspections or move to a plan with more storage. Nothing is deleted automatically.
- How do we pay and cancel?
- Payment is by card through Stripe. Invoices and payment details are managed through Stripe from the portal. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.
